Refund policy

We hope you love your Scent of the North products. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s). 

Returned products should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. Where handling has reduced the value of an item beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund. 

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Once your return has been received, any refund due will be processed to your original payment method. Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, only the standard delivery cost will be refundable. 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the product and packaging may help us resolve the issue quickly. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personalised or custom-made products
Products made specifically to your individual requirements or personalised for you may not qualify for the standard change-of-mind cancellation right, unless they are faulty or not as described.
